Counseling at Mandala offers thoughtful, compassionate support for individuals, couples, and groups working through life's challenges. Our therapists prioritize safety, trust, and meaningful connection, and they work with the whole person, honoring the link between emotional, physical, and relational health.
What we offer
- Individual therapy, in person or by telehealth
- Couples therapy, in person
- Group therapy: the Real Talk Motherhood series facilitated by Shelly Sheinbein, PhD (see the page for the next info night)
Sessions are 60 minutes, and a free 15-minute consultation with Madison Hollis, LPC is a good first step. Our post Seeking therapy: finding the right fit covers what to look for.
Your counselor
Madison is a Licensed Professional Counselor (Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists) who works from a relational, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based perspective with individuals and couples: anxiety, depression, trauma and dissociation, attachment, life transitions, and identity exploration, with specific training in care for LGBTQIA+ and gender-expansive clients. She also offers psychedelic integration support.
Madison is in network with Providence, Moda, Regence, and PacificSource (see the insurance chart); if your plan is not listed, ask about private-pay rates. Many patients pair counseling with acupuncture to settle the nervous system while they work on the emotional side, or with naturopathic medicine for the link between physical and mental health. If you are in crisis right now, call or text 988, any time. Book a session or the free consultation online, or call 503-758-9760.
