Cancellation policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change appointments.

Changes and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice

A $75 charge will apply to any appointment changed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice, as this usually means that we are not able to fill the spot at the last minute.

No-shows

No-shows and repeat last minute cancellations will be charged for the full cost of the visit and cannot be billed to insurance.

Running late

We have a 15 minute late policy for appointments. We do ask that our patients be mindful of the appointment times, because starting late impacts the flow and capacity of your appointment. We want to provide you with the best care possible, and that is why appointment duration is set for specific lengths. Beyond the 15 minute mark the appointment will be marked as missed and charged as a no-show.
