Whether you are a potential patient, or referring provider, we are happy you are here and look forward to supporting you on your next steps to feeling better.
Our building!

Our clinic is located on East Burnside near Laurelhurst Park, housed in a historic 1917 stone building. The space was thoughtfully renovated to create a peaceful, classic-yet-modern holistic healing environment. The building carries a palpable sense of grounded calm and cozy lighting, making it easy to settle into a healing state of mind.

Our Space

As a practitioner-owned and operated clinic, we place a strong emphasis on the wellbeing and compensation of our providers, whom we hold in the highest regard. Since taking over Mandala in 2022, we—Jake and Lindsey Rockwell—have grown the practice into a thriving oasis where our colleagues across the wellness and bodywork fields can find a dependable, supportive place to practice.

Our rooms are spread over two floors. One has a woven pendant lamp and framed flower prints, the largest has sheer curtains over French doors, and a counseling room has a tufted sofa and a monstera by the window.

We have four parking spots off the driveway to the right of the building, with street parking and a gravel lot in back, and TriMet stop 768 is at Burnside and E 32nd. A ramp leads to the front door and the first floor is fully ADA accessible. If stairs are hard for you, tell the front desk when you book and we will place you downstairs.
